Cathy Blatnik, co-coordinator of the Special Needs Ministry and program director of All Faith Ministry for disABILITIES, announced that the monthly Special Needs Masses resumed at St. Francis Retreat Center on July 18 after being suspended due to the pandemic. Father Bill Lugger presided at Mass, assisted by deacon candidate Jim Collom and altar servers Adam Collom and Dominic Blatnik. Participants enjoyed a meal and games following the Mass. Masses scheduled monthly for the remainder of the year will begin at 2 p.m. and are followed by a social hour and refreshments.
