Livingston County Community Alliance (LCCA) 7th Annual Golf Outing

We would like to invite you to participate in the Livingston County Community Alliance (LCCA) 7th Annual Golf Outing on Saturday, August 2, 2024 at Chemung Hills Golf Club in Howell, MI.

Put a group together to golf or support our cause through sponsoring. Proceeds raised by the event are used to fund local youth-oriented substance use prevention awareness campaigns and programs. Your donation is not only tax deductible, but 100% of those dollars will support the LCCA’s mission to prevent and reduce substance use among youth. To make this event as impactful as possible, we’re seeking sponsorships and donations such as (but not limited to): hole and game sponsorship(s), raffle ticket prizes, food donations, water, etc.

Here are some highlights of the LCCA activities in recent years:

  • The LCCA in January 2021, was named in the Top 10 Coalitions in the nation by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA).
  • The LCCA supports programs that such as: Youth Art Voice, Alcohol Compliance Checks, Youth-Led Summit, Race for Recovery and other local youth-led initiatives.

Details of these programs and more are found at www.drugfreelivingston.com.

The LCCA supports the Big Red Barrel Project and its medicine disposal events. Since 2011, this project has collected and properly disposed of over 100,000 pounds of pills. It is through community partnerships dedicated to decreasing youth substance use like yours that the LCCA can continue great work in our county.
