On Nov. 20, 21 women participated in the Nun Run hosted by the Office of Vocations of the Diocese of Lansing. Led by Dawn Hausmann, director of consecrated vocations and young adult ministry, the women visited two active convents: the Servants of God’s Love in Ann Arbor and the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity in Detroit. The group met with two consecrated virgins at Holy Redeemer parish in Detroit to learn about the vocation of consecrated virginity before visiting the convent of the Cloistered Dominicans in Farmington Hills.
