Bishop Earl Boyea has announced the following priest assignments:

• Father John Byers, pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Lansing, to be granted senior priest status, effective June 29, 2022.
• Father James Rolph, chaplain to Powers Catholic High School in Flint, to become pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Lansing, and moderator of the South Ingham group of parishes, effective June 29, 2022.
•  Father Zachary Mabee, to become pastor of Shrine of St. Joseph Parish, Brooklyn, effective Feb. 5, 2022, in addition to continuing on the faculty at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit.
