Time to Walk
Gliding through the heavenly,
Father’s face looks lovingly
Mother’s arm around my waist
Safety in The Spirit’s gaze
Papa Joseph jokes with me,
Jesus’ love surrounding me
Then with a crashing, awful din
I’ve fallen down to earth again
Body broken, spirit crushed
I yell for Him to pick me up
“Time to walk now, little one,
Use those legs, they’re strong enough.”
