Fr. Dwight Ezop
Editor in Chief

Fr. Dwight Ezop has been the editor in chief of FAITH Magazine since 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of St. Mary on the Lake, Mundelein Seminary. He served as the editor in chief of Mundelein’s magazine, The Bridge. Fr. Dwight is the pastor of the Catholic Community of St. Jude, DeWitt, Mich.

Fr. Charles Irvin

Founding Editor


Fr. Charles Irvin received his B.B.A., M.B.A. and J.D. at the University of Michigan. He also received a B.A. from Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit and an M.Div. from St. John Provincial Seminary in Plymouth, Mich. Fr. Charlie was a pastor for many years and is the founding editor of FAITH Magazine. In 2005, he published his first book, Entering the Heart of God, Praying the Lord’s Prayer in our Day.


Fr. Joe Krupp

Fr. Joseph Krupp was a comedy writer for FOX who discovered he had a calling to the priesthood. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan-Flint, and an M.Div. from Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. He is currently the chaplain at Lansing Catholic Central High School in Lansing, Mich.

Dr. Cathleen McGreal
The Journey

Dr. Cathleen McGreal is a psychology professor at Michigan State University. She received her Ph.D. in developmental psychology from MSU in 1984, focusing on inter-generational family relationships. Cathleen is a certified spiritual director through the St. Francis Retreat Center/Dominican Center for Religious Development program. She has conducted numerous workshops and retreats integrating psychology and spirituality and has taught courses at the Summer Institute at the University of Notre Dame.

Tim Ryan is an information technology professional who is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He received a master’s degree in pastoral studies from Loyola University, New Orleans. Tim combines his pastoral abilities with his experience “in the field” to shine the light of faith on day-to-day life in the workplace.


Elizabeth Solsburg

Elizabeth Solsburg earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in religious education from Loyola University. Additionally, she spent two years studying theology at St. John Provincial Seminary in Plymouth, Mich. Elizabeth is the editorial director of FAITH Publishing Service.




Tom and JoAnne Fogle

Most Rev. Earl A. Boyea is the fifth bishop of the Diocese of Lansing, and is the publisher of FAITH’s Lansing edition. Bishop Boyea is a graduate of Sacred Heart Seminary and the North American College in Rome. He has served as rector of the Pontifical College Josephinum and as the auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Detroit.
